Order Fulfillment Details:
- Retail orders: Processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Bulk, Customized & Personalized items: Allow 5 days to 4 weeks based on specifications and quantities.
- Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days, based on the chosen method at checkout.
- Please note that processing time is separate from shipping duration.

- Specify your need-by date in the " Order special instructions" section at checkout.
- Note: Accommodations are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Operational Schedule:
- We operate Monday to Friday.
- Closed on all federal holidays.
Shipment Confirmation:
- Receive an email with a tracking link once your order is processed and shipped.

- Choose standard or express shipping at checkout.
- View all shipping options and associated costs during the checkout process.
International Shipping:
- We currently only ship to USA & Canada and do not offer international shipping at this point.
Customs and Import Taxes:
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
- The seller is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Our commitment is to deliver quality products, and as such, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items:
- For damaged items, kindly notify us and provide photos upon delivery for a prompt resolution.
Refunds:
- All items we sell are made to order and, for this reason, we currently do not accept returns.
Resolution for Damaged Items:
- In the event of a damaged item, email us at magic@theshagunpitara.com with photos of the damaged item upon delivery.
- We will work diligently to find a reasonable solution to address the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
