Order Fulfillment Details:

• Retail orders: Processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Bulk, Customized & Personalized items: Allow 5 days to 4 weeks based on specifications and quantities.

Shipping Duration:

• Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days, based on the chosen method at checkout. 
• Please note that processing time is separate from shipping duration.

Expedited Requests:

• Specify your need-by date in the " Order special instructions" section at checkout.
• Note: Accommodations are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

• We operate Monday to Friday.
• Closed on all federal holidays.

Shipment Confirmation:

• Receive an email with a tracking link once your order is processed and shipped.

• Choose standard or express shipping at checkout.

International Shipping:

• We currently only ship to USA & Canada and do not offer international shipping at this point.

Customs and Import Taxes:

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
• The seller is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Our commitment is to deliver quality products, and as such, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items:

• For damaged items, kindly notify us and provide photos upon delivery for a prompt resolution.

Refunds:

• All items we sell are made to order and, for this reason, we currently do not accept returns.

Resolution for Damaged Items:

• In the event of a damaged item, email us at magic@theshagunpitara.com with photos of the damaged item upon delivery.
• We will work diligently to find a reasonable solution to address the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
